摘要

通过分析国有企业新生代知识型员工的特点和需求,提出针对性措施吸引和留住新生代知识型员工,为增强国有企业竞争力,保证国有企业高质量发展提供人才支撑.

Abstract

By analyzing the characteristics and needs of the new generation of knowledge employees in state-owned enterprises,this paper proposes corresponding measures to attract and retain them,in order to provide talent support for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring high-quality development of state-owned enterprise.
