以某两厢车型的行李箱内板为例,介绍行李箱内板三动拉延模具的结构特点,介绍三动拉延模具结构设计过程及与压力机匹配原则和注意事项,以及模具的调试方法.
Abstract
This paper takes the trunk inner plate of a certain two-compartment automobile as example to introduce the structural characteristics of the triple action drawing die of trunk inner plate,the structural design process of the triple action drawing die,principles to be observed while matching with the press,precautions to be taken,as well as adjusting method of the die.
