摘要

以某石化设备为例,详细介绍裙座处热分析的真实边界条件,重点介绍热箱处热辐射的计算方法,对比真实边界条件模型与工程简化模型的热分析结果,证明工程中合理简化是可行的,建议采用真实边界条件以获得更准确的结果.

Abstract

This paper takes a certain petrochemical equipment as example to introduce the real boundary conditions for thermal analysis of the skirt in detail,while emphasizing on calculation method of thermal radiation at the hot box.By comparing the thermal analysis results of the real boundary condition model and the simplified engineering model,it is proved that reasonable simplification is feasible during engineering work,and adoption of real boundary conditions is recommended to obtain more accurate results.
