摘要

整理分析43支宽厚板支承辊差温热处理一次回火硬度的分布,合格数量仅占81%,经过补充回火后全部合格,但未彻底消除硬度异常现象.结合具体案例,分析产生硬度异常的原因,提出预防硬度异常的优化措施,降低回火成本,提升宽厚板支承辊整体硬度的均匀性.

Abstract

This paper collects and analyzes the hardness distribution of primary tempering of 43 BURs of wide plate mill after differential temperature heat treatment,and has found that only 81%of these rolls are qualified.After supplementary tempering all rolls are qualified,but the phenomenon of abnormal hardness is not completely eliminated.Basing on specific cases,this study analyzes the causes of abnormal hardness,puts forward optimization measures to prevent the abnormal hardness,reduce tempering cost,and improve the overall hardness uniformity of BUR of the wide plate mill.
