高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器换热管由Incoloy800H(800H)管和SA-213 T22(T22)管组焊而成,管程长,结构复杂.为满足装焊质量,665根预弯制成形后在蒸汽发生器内装焊,装焊难度高.为减少焊接不合格率,分析换热管装焊难点及风险点,采取针对性控制措施保证装焊质量,对高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器换热管装焊提供指导.
Research on Quality Control of Assembly Welding of 800H and T22 Heat Exchange Tubes
Heat exchange tubes of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor steam generator are assembly welded structure of Incoloy800H(800H)and SA-213 T22(T22)tubes,with the characteristics of long tube length and complex structure.In order to meet the quality requirement of assembly welding,655 pre-bent tubes are prepared for assembly welding in the steam generator,the welding work is very difficult.For the purpose of reducing welding failure,this study analyzes the difficulties and risks of heat exchange tube assembly welding work,and takes corresponding control measures to ensure the quality of assembly welding,so as to provide guidance on assembly welding of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor steam generator.
