摘要

介绍燃机轮盘锻件热处理工艺和产品试制过程,采用正火加等温转变工艺模拟热处理温度场及应力场,设计调质专用辅具,试验结果满足超声波探伤和机械性能要求,证明该工艺的可行性.

Abstract

This paper introduces the heat treatment process and trial production procedure of the gas turbine disc forging.Normalizing+isothermal transformation process is adopted to simulate the heat treatment temperature field and stress field.Special auxiliaries are designed for quenching and tempering.Finally,the test results meet UT and mechanical property requirements,and proves that the process studied is applicable.
