摘要

介绍ERNiCr-3和ERNiCrFe-7焊丝高效率机械TIG堆焊技术,对比两种焊材焊接成形效果和堆焊层性能.在传统热丝TIG堆焊方法基础上,配合焊接设备机头摆动,优化焊接工艺参数,在保证堆焊质量的同时提高堆焊效率.

Abstract

This paper introduces the high efficiency mechanical overlay-TIG welding technology by using ERNiC-3 and ERNiCrFe-7 welding wires,and compares the welding seam formation and property of the two kinds of welding wires.Basing on the traditional hot wire overlay-TIG welding,this study optimizes the welding process parameters while considering swing motion of the welding head,so as to improve the efficiency of overlay welding while ensuring welding quality.
