摘要

对比EQNiCr-3和EQNiCrFe-7A大厚度带极堆焊的成形效果,分析EQNiCrFe-7A不适合大厚度带极堆焊的原因及影响堆焊层质量的关键技术.确定EQNiCr-3大厚度带极堆焊合理的工艺参数,检测堆焊层性能.

Abstract

This paper compares the weld seam formation of large thickness electroslag strip overlay welding by using EQNiCr-3 and EQNiCrFe-7A,and analyzes the reasons why EQNiCrFe-7A is not suitable for large thickness electroslag strip overlay welding and the key technologies that affect the quality of overlay welding.The study has determined reasonable process parameters of EQNiCr-3 large-thickness electroslag strip overlay welding and checked property of the overlay welding layer.
