2A97-T84铝锂合金切削力及切削温度仿真研究

为了研究2A97-T84铝锂合金切削加工时切削参数对切削力和切削温度的影响规律,使用Abaqus有限元仿真软件在100~300 m/min切削速度、0.5~2.5 mm背吃刀量工况条件下建立起二维切削模型.仿真结果表明,切削力受切削速度影响不大,随切削深度的增加而增加;刀尖切削温度随切削深度增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,随切削速度的增加迅速增大.
Simulation Study on Cutting Force and Cutting Temperature of 2A97-T84 Aluminium-lithium Alloy
In order to study the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force and cutting temperature of 2A97-T84 aluminium-lithium alloy,a two-dimensional cutting model is established by using Abaqus finite element simulation software under the conditions of a cutting speed of 100~300 m/min and back engagement of 0.5~2.5mm.Simulation results show that the cutting force is not greatly affected by the cutting speed,and it increases with the increase of cutting depth;cutting temperature of the tool nose shows a trend of decreasing and then increasing with the increase of cutting depth,and it increases rapidly with the increase of cutting speed.
