不同切削量下钛合金切屑形态研究

摘要
通过钛合金单因素切削试验,分析钛合金切屑形貌,研究在不同切削量下切屑形态的变化.研究结果表明,切屑锯齿化程度随切削量的增大而增大;随着切削速度增大,锯齿化频率和齿间距也增大;而增大进给量或背吃刀量,会增大齿间距,降低锯齿化频率.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the cutting morphology of titanium alloy through single factor cutting test,and studies the changes of chip morphology by using different cutting parameters.The results show that the degree of chip serration increases with the increase of cutting parameters;the serration frequency and tooth spacing increase with the increase of cutting speed;and the increase of feeding amount or back engagement results in increase of tooth spacing and decrease of serration frequency.
