摘要

介绍核反应堆含硼石墨组件焊缝的射线检测方法,说明射线检测过程中检测时机、射线源、透照厚度、透照布置等射线工艺的选择原则,在保证焊缝质量的基础上,提高焊缝的射线检测效率,保证产品顺利出厂.

Abstract

This paper introduces the method of radiographic inspection of welds of boron-containing graphite assembly of the nuclear reactor,and explains the selection principles of the radiographic inspection process including time of inspection,ray source,transmission thickness,transmission arrangement and so on.On the basis of guaranteeing welding quality,apply this method can improve the efficiency of radiographic inspection of the weld and ensure smooth delivery of products.
