通过对某螺旋装配自动化生产线工艺分析,在接螺装配机中加入视觉系统,经过图像处理计算出接螺与弹体的位置,通过局域网将计算结果传至机械手,实现接螺与弹体装配的精准定位.
Research on Feasibility of Visual Recognition System for Assembly of Initiating Explosive Device
This paper analyzes the automated production line of a certain spiral assembly mechanism,and adopts visual recognition system in the process of screw fitting ring assembly work,calculates position of the screw fitting ring and projectile body by image processing,transmits the calculation results to the manipulator through local area network,so as to realize precise positioning of the screw fitting ring and the projectile body.
