摘要

提出一种利用1200PLC与808D数控机床同步控制托辊生产线的方法.介绍整个系统的总体设计方案、1200PLC与808D机床之间的通讯、运动程序设计,以及数据传输与交换.通过实验,证明能够控制两台808D机床的同步运动,满足托辊生产线的同步要求,具有很大实用价值.而且,通过一台1200PLC带动多个机床的同步控制方案同样适用于其他需要同步控制的生产线.

Abstract

This paper proposes a method of synchronous control of carrier roll production line by using 1200PLC and 808D CNC machine tool,and introduces the overall design of the entire system,communication and motion program design,as well as data transmission and exchange between 1200PLC and 808D CNC machine tool.Test results show that synchronous movement of two 808D CNC machine tools can be controlled as required by the carrier roller production line and has great practical value.Moreover,the synchronous control solution of manipulating multiple machine tools by 1 set of 1200PLC is also applicable to other production lines that require synchronous control.
