摘要
针对大尺寸42CrMo4主轴锻件常规调质后冲击功及断面收缩率不合,进行补充回火和亚温淬火试验.结果表明,随回火时间的延长和回火温度的提高,锻件强度降低、断面收缩率和冲击功均有提高,但冲击功仍不满足技术要求;而采用亚温淬火工艺后材料塑韧性显著提高,主轴锻件各项性能指标满足技术要求.
Abstract
This paper studies the large-sized 42CrMo4 spindle forging for unsatisfactory impact energy and section shrinkage after normal quenching and tempering by supplementary tempering and subthermal quenching tests.The results show that with increase of tempering time and temperature,strength of the forging part decreases while section shrinkage and impact energy improves,but the impact energy still does not meet technical requirement.Subthermal quenching can significantly improve toughness of the material,and the spindle forging can meet all performance requirements.
