介绍洛氏、布氏、维氏、肖氏和里氏硬度的检测原理、表示方法、检测标准和应用范围,对比不同硬度的优缺点,总结三种硬度之间的换算方式:查表法、经验公式及回归分析法.
Abstract
This paper introduces the measuring principle,representation method,measuring standard and scope of application of Rockwell,Brinell,Vickers,Shore and Leeb hardness measurement methods,compares the advantages and disadvantages of these different methods,and has summarized three conversion methods between different kinds of hardness as adopting look-up table,empirical formula and regression analysis.
