摘要
围绕高炉煤气发电TRT系统在线阀门智能运行及维护技术应用,重点关注在线阀门智能监控及维护.通过技术研发和生产应用,监测在线阀门泄漏介质状态,提供在线设备突发故障解决方案,由人工巡检升级为远程监控,实现发电系统维护环保、高效及智能化.
Abstract
This paper introduces the application of on-line intelligent valve operation and maintenance technology in the blast furnace gas power generation TRT system,while focusing on on-line intelligent monitoring and maintenance of the valve.Through technology research&development and production application,the study monitors the status of on-line valve media leakage,provides unexpected on-line failure removal solution,upgrades from manual inspection to remote monitoring,and has realized environmental protective,high-efficiency and intelligent maintenance of the power generation system.
