摘要

针对工业物联网能源管控问题,以大型制造企业能源管理系统为背景,详细介绍数据采集方式、硬件配置、软件设置等,以及RTU功能、用途及通讯协议等.由RTU设备采集能源计量仪表数据,采用分布式系统架构传输数据,由实时数据库服务器管理数据,实现物联网能源的高效管理.

Abstract

In view of the problem of energy control in industrial Internet of Things,this paper takes energy management system of large manufacturing enterprise as background to introduce the data acquisition method,hardware configuration,software configuration,as well as RTU function,purpose and communication protocol,etc.in detail.By adopting RTU for acquisition of data from energy measuring instrument,using distributed system architecture to transmit data,and applying real-time database server to manage data,efficient management of energy of Internet of Things is realized.
