摘要
介绍企业实施创新驱动发展战略的背景及意义.根据企业技术创新管理现状及存在问题,提出以企业战略为导向,持续深化改革,通过建立健全创新管理制度体系,加强创新管理人才队伍建设,健全创新管理保障机制进行技术创新管理变革,为企业管理创新实践提供探索方向.
Abstract
This paper introduces the background and significance of implementing innovation-driven development strategy in the enterprise.Based on the current situation and existing problems of enterprise technology innovation management,this paper proposes the method to carry out reformation of technological innovation management of the enterprise by taking enterprise strategy as the guide,continuously deepening reformation,establishing and improving the innovation management system,strengthening the construction of innovation management talent team and improving the innovation management guarantee mechanism,so as to provide direction of exploration for practices of enterprise management innovation.
