根据KD锻造法的工艺特点,将KD锻造法工序分解成布砧、压下、翻转、进给四个工步,并循环往复.在此基础上,通过Forge有限元模拟软件匹配KD锻造法工艺参数,分析变形过程中关键指标的动态变化,验证KD锻造法自动化生产的合理性和可行性,为轴类锻件自动化生产提供数据支撑.
Forge-based Automatic Simulation of KD Forging Method
According to the process characteristics of KD forging method,the procedure of KD forging is divided into four steps including anvil placing,pressing down,turning and feeding,and the cycle repeats.On this basis,Forge finite element simulation software is applied to match with the process parameters of KD forging method,analyze the dynamic changes of key indicators during deformation,and verify the rationality and feasibility of automatic KD forging,so as to provide data support for automatic production of shaft forgings.
