摘要
介绍影响大型转子锻件锻造裂纹的因素.结合生产实际,分析钢锭表面质量、锻造温度、变形量和变形方式等对锻造裂纹的影响,提出转子锻件裂纹防控方法.
Abstract
This paper introduces the factors that cause forging cracks of large rotor forgings.The study analyzes the influence of ingot surface quality,forging temperature,amount of deformation and deformation mode on forging cracks while combining with the situation of actual production,and proposes the method for crack prevention of rotor forgings.
