Application of MDR in International Hot Rolling EPC Projects
This paper takes the international hot rolling EPC project as example to introduce the practical application of MDR in project schedule management in detail,focusing on methods and experiences of schedule management in the design phase of large scale projects,and points out that management of international projects must be proceeded in a refined,precise and quantifiable manner,in order to provide experience for similar international projects and further improve international competitiveness of enterprises.
