摘要

针对柔性连接器铆接手工压铆效率低、质量差的问题,设计一款半自动铆接工装用于柔性连接器的定位装夹装置.结合手工压铆过程提出铆接工装整体设计方案,用ANSYS Workbench进行强度校核和结构优化.新工装提高柔性连接器生产效率,降低铆接废品率和危险性.

Abstract

In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor quality of manual riveting by using flexible connectors,a semi-automatic riveting tool is designed for the positioning and clamping device of the flexible connectors. On basis of the manual riveting process,overall design scheme of the riveting tool is proposed,and strength verification and structural optimization is carried out based on ANSYS Workbench. The new tool designed can improve production efficiency of flexible connectors and reduce scrap rate and risk of riveting.
