摘要

以QT200-MY车铣复合机床为研究对象,通过建立机床三维模型获取各结构部件的特征参数,得出单个结构部件的动力学方程,将机床所有子结构能量代入拉格朗日方程得到机床整机多体系统动力学理论方程,求解得到相关特性参数数值,通过有限元仿真证明理论模型的准确性,提升车铣复合机床的建模精度.

Abstract

This paper takes QT200-MY turning-milling combined machine tool as object to establish the 3-D model and obtain the characteristic parameters of each structural component,derive the kinetic equations of individual structural components,and have the energy values of all the sub-structures of the machine tool substituted into the Lagrange equation to obtain the dynamics theoretical equations of the multi-body system of the whole machine tool,and to have the parameters of the relevant characteristics obtained by solving the equations. Finite element simulation is applied to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model and thus improve modeling accuracy of the turning-milling combined machine tool.
