Research on Strength Calculation of Plate-type Lifting Lug Based on Finite Element Method
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of horizontal cross-section strength calculation formula of plate-type lifting lug,rectangular interface model and finite element model are established to analyze the errors of different plate-type lifting lug strength calculation methods by taking results of finite element analysis as the evaluation indicator. Based on the engineering experience,9 types of plate-type loading lifting lugs are selected for comparison of different calculation methods and obtained horizontal cross-sectional stresses and average safety coefficients,it is found that the results of the elastic curved beam formula are closer to the values of finite element analysis.
