摘要

研究IN718Plus合金在960~1140℃保温0.5~3 h的晶粒长大行为,分析加热温度对晶粒尺寸的影响规律,推导并拟合IN718Plus合金晶粒长大动力学模型.结果表明,当加热温度低于1060℃时,晶粒长大较缓,晶粒尺寸变化不大;当加热温度高于1060℃时,晶粒尺寸长大明显.通过线性拟合得到IN718Plus合金两段式晶粒长大动力学模型,计算值与实验值吻合性较好.

Abstract

This paper carries out research on grain growth behaviour of the IN718Plus alloy while holding at 960~1140℃ for 0.5~3 h to analyze the influence of heating temperature on grain size,and to derive and fit the grain growth kinetic model of IN718Plus alloy. The results show that when the heating temperature is lower than 1060℃,grain growth rate is slow and the grain size changes slightly;when the heating temperature is higher than 1060 ℃,the grain size grows significantly. A two-stage grain growth kinetic model of IN718Plus alloy is obtained by linear fitting,and proves that the calculation results and experimental results are in high consistence.
