Research on Development of SAJO 12000 Five-axis Machining Center Based on UG/Post
This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of SAJO 12000 five-axis machining center,introduces the establishment of five-axis machining center model,basic post-processing algorithm,and the basic parameter settings and processes of the five-axis machining center post-processing by using UG/Post post-processing Builder,develops the post-processing program matching with SAJO 12000 five-axis machining center,and finally generates reliable machining program.
