Micro-extraction and High Performance Chromatographic Analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon in Coking Waste Water
This paper establishes a method of dispersive liquid micro-extraction and high performance liquid chromatography to determine the 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the coking waste water. The optimal chromatographic condition is determined and the types and proportions of extractants and dispersants, time of extraction, salt addition and pH of waste water are optimized. Operation curves of each composition is established under the optimal experimental condition, with an average linear correlation coefficients of up to 0.999,linear range of 0.1~10.0μg/L,detection limit of 0.02~0.03μg/L,lower limit of 0.08~0.12μg/L,average sample adding standard recovery of 96.3%~106%,and relative standard deviation of 1.3%~2.9%
