基于力矩反馈法的陀螺转子动平衡测试系统

针对陀螺仪中陀螺转子使用性能问题,设计一款陀螺转子动平衡测试系统.使用触摸屏一体计算机为上位机,由硬件电路、振动传感器、光电传感器、USB2811数据采集卡等组成下位机.以力矩反馈法为原理,用Visual Basic编程计算振动信号中的幅值和相角,根据影响系数法相关原理算得转子相位与不平衡量,实现测量陀螺转子质心径向偏移量.建立理论模型验证陀螺转子高速动平衡测试系统的稳定性和测量精度.
Dynamic Balance Test System of Gyro-rotor Based on Torque Feedback Method
Aiming at the performance problem of gyro-rotor of the gyroscope,a dynamic balance test system of the gyro-rotor is designed. A touch-screen integrated computer is applied as the upper computer,and the lower computer is composed of hardware circuit,vibration sensor,photoelectric sensor,USB2811 data acquisition card,etc. Based on the principle of torque feedback method,the amplitude and phase angle in the vibration signal are calculated by Visual Basic programming,and rotor phase and unbalance value are calculated according to the relevant principle of influence coefficient method,so as to determine the radial offset value of the mass center of the gyro-rotor. A theoretical model is established to verify the stability and measurement accuracy of the gyro-rotor high-speed dynamic balance test system .
