摘要

针对目前动平衡测试系统操作不便和数据传输不精确的问题,设计基于以太网的动平衡测试系统.系统包括电脑客户端、动平衡测试服务端、采集卡、变频器等.通过visual2020 vb.net开发基于Modbus TCP协议的客户端和服务端,实现以太网通讯.系统出现异常时通过Modbus TCP协议传输故障码,在客户端发出报警.经检测,系统传输数据更精确,操作更便利,实现动平衡测试系统实时通讯及控制,对开发全自动平衡测试系统有较高贡献.

Abstract

In view of the problems of inconvenient operation and inaccurate data transmission of the current dynamic balance test system,a dynamic balance test system based on Ethernet is designed. The system consists of computer client,dynamic balance test server,acquisition card,inverter,etc. The client and server based on Modbus TCP protocol are developed by applying visual2020 vb. net to achieve Ethernet communication. When the system is found abnormal,fault code will be transmitted through the Modbus TCP protocol,and an alarm is sent out from the client-side. Through testing,it is found that the system transmits data more accurately,operates more conveniently,realizes real-time communication and control of the dynamic balance test system,and thus is of significant contribution to the development of full automatic dynamic balance test system.
