This paper takes PMP theory as basis,carries out in-depth research on project management of automated production line in view of the complex processes and multiple control factors included,and introduces the origin of PMP theory,its core concept and application in project management. The application process of PMP theory in project management of the automated production line is also introduced on the basis of case study.
