By adopting the integrated methods of lean management and digitalization,this study effectively solves the problems of error-prone information caused by mass data on production orders,low efficiency caused by repeated transcription of test data,non-transparent test progress,inconvenient information archiving,etc. in the enterprise testing laboratory,therefore,improves the timeless test ratio and promotes rapidness,accuracy and coordination of production,supply and marketing.
