Relying on joint cultivation of machining site engineers of the SINOMACH Heavy Equipment Group Co.,Ltd. and Sichuan College of Architectural Technology,and aiming at the needs of first-line technical personnel in the enterprise,the method of cultivating machining site engineers through school-enterprise cooperation is applied and formed a new method of manufacturing talent cultivation that can be copied and applied as reference to serve the national development strategy and promote regional revitalization.
