摘要

介绍主流高炉煤气精脱硫干法工艺,指出氯脱除不充分及煤气中的水和尘是制约高炉煤气精脱硫技术进一步发展的关键难题.结合工程应用,提出"两级预处理+水解催化+干法脱硫"精脱硫工艺路线,根据各级药剂特性给出级配方案,为不同工况下高炉煤气精脱硫项目提供可靠的技术支持.

Abstract

This paper introduces the mainstream dry method for fine desulfurization of blast furnace gas,and points out that insufficient chlorine removal and water and dust in the furnace gas are key problems restricting further development of fine desulfurization of the blast furnace gas.By combining engineering application,a fine desulfurization process of"two-stage pretreatment+hydrolysis catalysis+dry desulfurization"is proposed,and the grading scheme is given according to characteristics of doses at different stages,which provides reliable technical support for blast furnace gas fine desulfurization projects under different working conditions.
