主油缸是挤压机的关键零部件,需要较高强度.为此,根据弹性力学理论确定主油缸中段厚壁圆筒内、外径和壁厚.然后,根据设计经验确定缸底及法兰厚度及圆角等参数,结合实际工况和现场条件详细设计方案1.最后,建立主油缸有限元模型,施加载荷,计算绘制应力云图,校核结构强度.针对应力较大区域,根据应力分布优化并提出主油缸方案2,重新布置主油缸的进油口,校核计算结构强度,结果满足设计要求,应力分布更加合理.
Structural Design of Main Cylinder of the Extrusion Press
Main cylinder is the key component of the extrusion press and must meet high strength requirement.Therefore,this study determines the inner and outer diameters,as well as wall thickness of the middle section of the thick-walled cylindrical shell of the main cylinder on the basis of the elastic mechanic theory,obtains parameters such as thickness and rounded corner of the bottom part of the cylinder and the flange on the basis of the design experience,and proposes detail design scheme 1 according to actual working conditions and site conditions.Finally,establishes the finite element model of the main cylinder,applies the load conditions and calculates and draws the stress nephogram to verify the structural strength.For areas with large stresses,optimizes the stress distribution and proposes main cylinder scheme 2,rearranges oil inlet of the main cylinder,and verifies and calculates the structural strength.The results meet design requirements and a more reasonable stress distribution is obtained.
