摘要

主泵接管作为核电重要产品部件,联接反应堆冷却剂泵与压力容器,由于主泵接管外形结构特点,以往加工主泵接管过程中常用镗床加工内孔及外圆,效率低.通过设计专用装夹配重并优化加工流程,实现深孔钻床加工长直段内孔,车床加工长端外圆的工艺方案,主泵接管加工效率大幅提升.

Abstract

As an important component of the nuclear power equipment,the main pump nozzle connects the reactor coolant pump and the pressure vessel.Due to structural characteristics,boring machine is commonly used to process inner hole and outer circle of the main pump nozzle,and has low processing efficiency.This study designs a special clamping counterweight and optimizes the processing flow,realizes inner hole processing of the long-straight section by using deep-hole drilling machine and outer circle processing of the long end by using lathe,thus greatly improves processing efficiency of the main pump nozzles.
