摘要

针对航空用液压滑阀泄漏量大的问题,结合滑阀中阀芯、阀套的结构特征分析并制定合理的精密加工工艺,提高阀芯、阀套的加工精度,减少滑阀工作中的泄漏量.

Abstract

In view of the large amount of leakage of the hydraulic slide valve used in the aviation industry,this paper analyzes and proposes a reasonable precision machining process on the basis of the structural characteristics of the valve core and valve sleeve,which improves the machining precision of the valve core and valve sleeve,and reduces leakage of the slide valve during operation.
