摘要

设计一套基于全桥应变测量方法的碱水电解槽主螺栓预紧力监测系统.通过实时计算反馈,提升主螺栓预紧力均匀性,提高密封成功率.

Abstract

This paper designs a pre-tightening force monitoring system for main bolt of the alkali water electrolyzer based on full-bridge strain measurement.Through real-time calculation feedback,realizes improvement of uniformity of the main bolt pre-tightening force and successfulness of the sealing.
