This study carries out uncertainty evaluation on elements in aluminum alloy by using the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer method(ICP-OES).The study points out the source of uncertainty and establishes a mathematical model to calculate the uncertainty components,combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty.
