摘要

某热连轧精轧机在使用到小工作辊径区间时压下缸油柱经常发生波动,严重干扰正常生产.对此,通过结合轧机结构,调整工艺,分析油柱波动机理,提出解决方案,最终消除波动现象.

Abstract

In the FM of a certain tandem hot rolling mill,the oil column of the screw-down cylinder frequently fluctuates when the WR diameter is small,and seriously interferes normal production.Therefore,this paper proposes a solution by considering the mill structure,adjusting the process and analyzing the mechanism of oil film fluctuation,and ultimately eliminates the fluctuation phenomenon.
