摘要

采用Kriging代理模型,用AK-MCS-U方法分析扭力臂结构可靠性,只需调用97次有限元仿真结果就能得到精度较高的失效概率3.245%,与直接Monte carlo方法相比误差1.7%.显著提高分析效率.

Abstract

This paper adopts the Kriging surrogate model to analyze the reliability of the torque arm by using AK-MCS-U method,and a failure probability of 3.245%with high accuracy is obtained by acquiring finite element simulation results for only 97 times,and its error compared to the Monte carlo method is 1.7%.Thus,it can significantly improve the analysis efficiency.
