The teaching methods and models adopted by teachers are related to the realization of teaching objectives and university functions.As a discipline focused on cultivating applied talents,the law major cannot meet the teaching needs using traditional teaching methods.Introducing dialogue based teaching methods into the law class-room based on dialogue theory can improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and exercise students'legal professional skills.Dialogue based teaching can unleash students'subjectivity in teaching,reflect teachers're-spect for students'personalities,and achieve positive interaction between teachers and students,as well as be-tween teaching and learning.The process of dialogue based teaching is the process of knowledge structure between students and their teachers from imbalance to balance and then to imbalance.
