Tracing back to traditional Chinese culture,extracting the ecological wisdom from Xunzi's thoughts in the pre-Qin period.This ecological wisdom encompasses the ideas of"respecting nature","aligning with nature",and"utilizing nature".Furthermore,these ideas have been inherited and developed in the dimensions of the"ec-ological civilization concept","ecological philosophy view",and"ecological consumption view",thereby endo-wing the Chinese ecological modernization path with distinct contemporaneity and advancement.By delving deeply into the ecological wisdom of Xunzi's thoughts on the harmony between humanity and nature,we can provide some reference for pursuing a Chinese modernization path that fosters harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
