摘要
区域国别学是一门融合了多学科知识的交叉学科,语言既是其研究的重点,也是其研究的重要载体.构建区域国别学,助力中国参与全球治理,离不开语言治理研究.语言治理是全球治理的重要内容,是适应社会发展而产生的自下而上的涵盖面广泛的治理研究.目前,国内学者对语言治理的研究主要集中于国家政策和社会语言生活,对语言教育生活的研究还有待深入.区域国别学的学科设置,有利于做好区域国别学本体研究,也有利于培养学科人才.区域国别学视域下的语言治理研究,可以为国家战略、人才培养提供新思路,推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化进程,为中国参与全球治理赋能.
Abstract
Regional ethnography is an interdisciplinary field that integrates multi-disciplinary knowl-edge.Language is not only the focus of its research,but also an important carrier of its research.Building a region-al ethnography to assist China in participating in global governance is inseparable from language governance re-search.Language governance is an important aspect of global governance,a bottom-up and wide-ranging gov-ernance research that adapts to social development.At present,the research of domestic scholars on language gov-ernance mainly focuses on national policies and social language life,and the research on language education life still needs to be deepened.The disciplinary setup of regional ethnography is conducive to conducting research on the on-tology of regional ethnography and also to cultivating disciplinary talents.The study of language governance from the perspective of regional ethnography can provide new ideas for national strategy and talent cultivation,promote the modernization process of national governance system and governance capacity,and empower China's participa-tion in global governance.
