On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Integration of Ideological and Political Elements into Classroom Teaching of Labor and Social Security Law——Taking the Universities of Yichun City
As a legal discipline,the law of labor and social security itself contains rich ideological and political ele-ments.However,due to the teachers'Insufficient understanding,insufficient level of ideological and political,insufficient abilities of curriculum ideology and politics,unreasonable class hour allocation,and imperfect evalua-tion mechanisms,the integrating of ideological and political elements into classroom teaching of labor and social security law has not achieved ideal results.To achieve effective integration of ideological and political elements into the classroom,firstly,it is necessary to raise teachers'awareness of the importance of the integrating ideological and political elements into the classroom.Secondly,it is necessary to reasonably allocate teaching hours for labor and social security laws.Thirdly,it is necessary to establish and improve the evaluation mechanisms for the in-tegrating ideological and political elements into the classroom.
