石椒草抗炎有效部位筛选

以石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、水超声辅助提取石椒草中不同极性部位的有效成分,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验对具有抗炎活性的有效部位进行确认,并对有效部位进行初步表征.实验表明,5种极性部位提取物均对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验显示出了抑制作用,其中乙醇提取部位、水提取部位相对模型对照组存在统计学差异,是石椒草抗炎活性的有效部位.乙醇提取部位在质谱中获取了 m/z 103.99、259.97、274.11、318.14、593.17的特征信号峰,水提取部位在质谱中获取了 m/z 103.99、274.11、318.14、453.16、701.38的特征信号峰.
Screening of Anti-inflammatory Active Extract Fraction of Boenninghausenia sessilicarpa
Petroleum ether,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,ethanol and water were used to prepare Boenning-hausenia sessilicarpa(B.sessilicarpa)crude extracts by ultrasonically enhanced extraction,respectively.The an-ti-inflammatory active extracts were confirmed based on the experiment in auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice,and characterized by mass spectrometry(MS).The results showed that all the five crude extracts eased auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice.Ethanol crude extracts and water crude extracts had statistical differences in swelling inhibition compared to the model control group,which were the effective anti-inflammatory fraction of B.sessilicarpa.Ethanol crude extracts had characteristic ion signal peaks of m/z 103.99、259.97、274.11、318.14、593.17 in the mass spectrometry.Water crude extracts had characteristic ion signal peaks of m/z 103.99、274.11、318.14、453.16、701.38 in the mass spectrometry.
