The Chemical Components in the Leaves of Buxus Microphylla on the Proliferation of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer A549 Research on Inhibitory Effects
Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of chemical components in the leaves of buxus microphylla on the proliferation of non-small cell lung cancer A549.Methods:Separation,purification,and structural confirma-tion were carried out through reflux extraction, extraction, silica gel chromatography column and mass spectrom-etry,nuclear magnetic resonance, and other methods.Using the CCK8 method, evaluate the in vitro activity of the isolated compound for non-small cell lung cancer A549.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the leaves of small leaved boxwood and identified as betulin alcohol(1),lupin alcohol(2),hydroxycyclo boxwood alkaloid(3),hydroxy cyclo boxwood alkaloid ester(4),N-methyl boxwood tannin(5),matrine(6),3-a-mino-4-(hydroxymethyl)-4,14-dimethyl-9,19-cyclopropyl-17-dimethylamino-23-benzoyl ester sterane(7),3-amino-4,14-dimethyl-9,19-cyclopropyl-16-methylbutyrate-methyl-17-dimethyl-amino-23-benzoyl ester sterane(8).The activity results indicate that compounds 1-8 can inhibit the prolifera-tion of non-small cell lung cancer A549.Conclusion:Compounds 5,7,and 8 are new compounds isolated from the small leaved yellow poplar for the first time.Oxymatrine(6)was isolated from Buxus Microphylla for the first time.Compound 7 has the strongest anti non-small cell lung cancer effect on A549.
