摘要
目的:监测幼儿园消毒卫生,做好幼儿园传染病预防控制.方法:对玉山县64所幼儿园教室空气、工作人员手、环境物体表面、餐具等进行采样检测.结果:玉山县64所幼儿园消毒质量合格率为70.58％,其中室内空气、幼儿手、教师手、玩具、物体表面、餐饮具合格率分别为56.55.％、72.30％、77.37％、64.94.％、69.48％、89.94％.结论:玉山县幼儿园特别是民办幼儿园消毒卫生的合格率不高,应强化幼儿园的消毒卫生意识,加强消毒卫生管理,开展幼儿、老师的健康教育;同时相关部门应增加对其卫生监管力度.
Abstract
Objective:By monitoring the disinfection and hygiene status of kindergartens in Yushan County,we aim to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases in kindergartens.Methods:Collect samples of classroom air,staff hands,environmental object surfaces,and tableware from 64 kindergartens in Yushan County for testing.Results:The qualified rate of disinfection quality in 69 kindergartens in Yushan County is 70.58％,among which the qualified rates of indoor air,children's hands,teacher's hands,toys,object surfaces,and catering utensils are 56.55％,72.30％,77.37％,64.94％,69.48％,and 89.94％,respectively.The qualified rate of monitoring results is 68％for private kindergartens and 78％for public kindergartens,with significant statistical significance.Conclusion:The disinfection and hygiene status of kindergartens in Yushan County is not optimistic,and it is necessary to strengthen the management of disinfection related hygiene,especially in private kindergartens.The health education for young children and teachers should be strengthen,meanwhile,the health department should increase the hygiene supervi-sion of unqualified kindergartens.
