Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with High-quality Nursing on Sleep Quality and Psychological State of Post-operative Patients in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with high-quality nursing on sleep quality and psychological state in patients after obstetrics and gynecology surgery.Methods:80 post-obstetric and gynecological patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into contrast group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The contrast group received routine care,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with high-quality nursing.Evaluate and compare the sleep quality and psychological state of the two groups.Results:The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the contrast group(P＜0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the contrast group(P＜0.05).The pain level and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the contrast group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:It has a more prominent effect in improving sleep quality and psychologi-cal state that the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with high-quality nursing for post-operative patients in obstetrics and gynecology.Meanwhile,it can reduce postoperative pain and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
