In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,for the first time,a ma-jor strategic arrangement was made specifically to"promote the modernization of the national security system and capabilities,resolutely maintain national security and social stability",fully reflecting the important position of national security in building a socialist modernized power in all respects.Based on the new stage of development,accurately grasping the"new"connotation of the new development pattern and the new security pattern and the dialectical relationship between them will help to explore the strategic path of"guaranteeing the new development pattern with the new security pattern",help to promote China's economic development and maintain the organic unity of China's social stability,and then help to promote the construction of Chinese path to modernization and achieve the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
