Internet court is the product of judicial adaptation to the information age.In the early days of its establishment,it basically achieved the goal of"online trial of network-related cases"by relying on effi-cient online litigation methods and specialized trial of network-related cases.However,with the promul-gation of the jurisdiction rules of Internet courts and the popularization of online litigation,the unclear po-sitioning of Internet courts has exposed some problems such as jurisdiction scope,jurisdiction connection points,jurisdiction effect of agreements,etc.,and thus there has been a jurisdiction conflict with ordina-ry courts.The jurisdiction mode of internet courts needs to be transformed urgently.In this regard,we can make full use of the characteristics of Internet courts in trying Internet-related cases,borrow the relevant provisions of special jurisdiction,endow Internet courts with the position of special courts,build a perfect special jurisdiction system,and solve all kinds of problems faced by Internet courts on this basis,so as to better play the leading role of Internet courts in judicial reform.
